John co-founded Spring Garden Construction in 2001 and has fostered a partner-focused, quality-driven culture that has surpassed client expectation time and time again. For over 3 decades, John’s experience has focused on the preconstruction and planning of complex work for healthcare, educational and life science clients. His years as an estimator and preconstruction manager allow John to support his team through project challenges as well as work with clients to evaluate all viable solutions for the best possible outcome.

Donna is a multidisciplinary construction professional who is highly skilled in supporting the entire project life cycle, including preconstruction, operations and closeout. Her strong business aptitude and skill-set transfers across numerous vertical AEC markets. Donna believes, “Experience is the hardest kind of teacher. It gives you the test first and the lesson afterward.”

Donna is a multidisciplinary construction professional who is highly skilled in supporting the entire project life cycle, including preconstruction, operations and closeout. Her strong business aptitude and skill-set transfers across numerous vertical AEC markets. Donna believes, “Experience is the hardest kind of teacher. With 28 years of experience in the construction industry, 18 of those with Spring Garden, Kerry’s expertise ensures steady and safe completion of every project. Kerry is OSHA 30 certified and has worked on a wide range of demanding projects, from the clean room at Kensey Nash to the gas line installation at Temple University and the creation of two hospital operating rooms. Kerry enjoys spending his weekends in his RV with his wife and two children.

 With 28 years of experience in the construction industry, 18 of those with Spring Garden, Kerry’s expertise ensures steady and safe completion of every project. Kerry is OSHA 30 certified and has worked on a wide range of demanding projects, from the clean room at Kensey Nash to the gas line installation at Temple University and the creation of two hospital operating rooms. Kerry enjoys spending his weekends in his RV with his wife and two children.

Josh’s 16 years of experience as a carpenter gives him a practical, hands-on perspective that has served him well in his 13 years with Spring Garden. He earned an Associate’s Degree at Camden County College. Josh is OSHA 30 certified and has an impressively broad resume of completed projects: DSM’s Biomedical Customer Innovation Center with multiple interior lab upgrades, dialysis clinic upgrades, and Trumark Financial Bank renovation. Josh is married, has two children, and the weekends find him on his Harley Davidson, enjoying the open road.

Josh’s 16 years of experience as a carpenter gives him a practical, hands-on perspective that has served him well in his 13 years with Spring Garden. Mike is OSHA 30 certified, and is proud to have completed multiple projects at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He’s currently working on a retail space for Lovesac Furniture. Mike is married, and on the weekends he enjoys keeping busy with his four children’s sporting events.

Mike spent 28 years working as a carpenter and has put those skills to work for Spring Garden for 6 years. Mike is OSHA 30 certified, and is proud to have completed multiple projects at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He’s currently working on a retail space for Lovesac Furniture. Tom is OSHA 30 certified, and has worked on a number of pharmaceutical and healthcare renovations, including several at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. His projects range from $100K-$13M. Tom is married and enjoys fitness and cycling on the weekends.

A carpenter for 30 years, Tom’s expertise has served him well in his 6 years at Spring Garden. He attended Drexel University, where he studied Construction Management.
